We’re a small, dedicated team specializing in residential remodeling throughout Bellingham and Whatcom County. We’re selective about the projects we take on so we can do our best work on every one. The best way to find out is to reach out for an initial conversation. It’s free, there’s no pressure, and we’ll ask the right questions to figure out together whether we’re a good match. If we’re not, we’ll point you toward someone who is.
Our initial conversation and site visit are completely free. If we move forward together, we charge a flat preconstruction fee to develop a detailed plan and accurate budget for your project. The fee varies depending on the type and size of the remodel, and we’ll be upfront about it before you commit to anything.
Every project is different, so we don’t publish fixed pricing. We’re happy to give you a realistic budget range during our first conversation once we understand your goals and scope of work. Our preconstruction process is designed to develop an accurate, detailed estimate before you’re asked to commit to construction. We believe in transparent pricing and we’ll never surprise you with hidden costs.
The preconstruction phase is where we do the detailed work of turning your vision into a concrete plan: coordinating with trade partners, developing a thorough estimate, mapping out a project schedule, and clarifying any unknowns. Charging a flat fee for this phase allows us to give it the attention it deserves, and it means you’ll have everything you need to make a confident decision before any major money changes hands.
Your project will be managed and supervised directly by Mark Falcone, our General Contractor. We work with a trusted network of trade partners we know well, and all work is overseen to ensure it meets our standards. You’ll always know who’s in your home and who’s responsible for the work.
It’s not uncommon to encounter surprises once work begins, especially in older homes. We address this upfront by identifying and documenting assumptions during the preconstruction phase so you understand how unknowns will be handled. Any changes to scope are managed through a documented change order process, meaning you’ll always approve any cost or timeline adjustments before they happen.
