OUR REMODELING PROCESS
Remodeling can feel overwhelming. There are a lot of moving parts, decisions to make, and details to manage. We’ve built a clear, six-phase process so you always know where things stand, what’s coming next, and what’s needed from you along the way.
We handle the complexity so you don’t have to, and we communicate consistently so there are never any surprises. Here’s how it works.


PHASE 1
First Conversation & Initial Site Visit
We start with a conversation to learn about your goals, walk the space together, and confirm your project is feasible. We’ll touch on budget, timeline, and any permitting considerations so you leave feeling clear on next steps. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll connect you with someone who is.

PHASE 2
Preconstruction: Planning & Pricing
We gather everything needed to turn your vision into a concrete plan and realistic budget; coordinating with designers, engineers, and trade partners to define scope, pricing, and timeline. We’ll document allowances for materials not yet selected and clarify how unknown conditions will be handled. When this phase is complete, we’ll have a shared understanding of the project and a clear path to construction.

We charge a flat fee for this phase based on the type and size of your project.


PHASE 3
Contracting & Project Preparation
We put everything in place, legally and logistically, before a single tool is picked up. The construction agreement is finalized and signed, permits are submitted, trades are scheduled, and materials are ordered. By the end of this phase, you’ll have full clarity on the project and confidence to move forward.

PHASE 4
Construction
This is where the plan comes to life. We manage the full build, from demolition and rough work through inspections, finishes, and final installations, with consistent on-site supervision and regular communication throughout. Any changes are documented through a clear change order process so there are no surprises.

PHASE 5
Substantial Completion & Punch List
As the project wraps up, we walk the space together and create a punch list of any remaining details to address. Final inspections are completed and any corrections are made. When the punch list is done, your space is ready to use.

PHASE 6
Project Close-Out
We wrap things up properly so nothing is left hanging. Final payments are collected, lien waivers are obtained, and all warranty and close-out documents are provided. We’ll also share care and maintenance guidance so you know how to protect your investment going forward.
